This site is operated by DownMemoryLaneTreasures.com, a division of Tallent Agency, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 858 Steelville, MO 65565-0858. The following discloses our payment, shipping and return policies for all purchases made from Down Memory Lane Treasures ('DMLT').

Payment Security

All purchases are handled by PayPal, our Secure Payment Processor. DMLT WILL NOT receive access to your credit card and/or bank account information. You may pay for your purchase with an echeck, debit or credit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Product Availability

Much of the merchandise listed on DMLT is stock that I am liquidating from my brick and mortar store. This means that the item you are interested in may be limited in quantity to only one (1) in stock and available on a first come/first serve basis. Although we strive to keep our website updated with only products that are currently available for purchase, DMLT cannot and does not guarantee that out-of-stock or discontinued merchandise will not occasionally be posted on the website. Should an item that you purchase later be determined to be unavailable we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You may then choose to accept delivery for another item of equal value or receive a full refund of your purchase price.

Shipping Rates

DMLT does not charge a shipping fee for products ordered from our website. All purchases are shipped First Class and insured through the United States Postal Mail. Sorry, but we only accept orders that will be SHIPPED within the continental United States.

Delivery Times

DMLT ships most orders in 1-4 business days, which means you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated. Orders purchased with an echeck will not be shipped until the payment has cleared and this usually takes 3 business days. Under certain circumstances your purchase may require a longer delivery time due to unforeseen delays in shipping, such as Homeland Security Alerts, weather conditions and the holidays. If the 10 day delivery timeframe has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact Jan Tallent at jan@downmemorylanetreasures.com or 573-775-4520.

Returns

You can return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if unsealable packaging has been opened or the item shows signs of use. If the return is a result of items damaged during shipment or the wrong item was mistakenly shipped, the full cost of the merchandise plus the return shipping charges will be refunded.
